All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen, in other rooms self-catering is not possible. Parking on our property is included. As a special experience for a family, newlyweds or a group, it is possible to book a night in a teepee located in a beautiful setting on a mountain meadow. For one night stays the Raven must charge an additional 150CZK per bed, but if you stay with us for 7 or more nights, the Raven will reduce the price by 50CZK per bed per night. Children up to 3 years without bed can stay for free, and children up to 12 years in quadruple rooms with parents will get a 100CZK discount per night.
For those of you who have reached the age of 18, we have to charge a local tourism fee of 40CZK to support the beautiful village of Karlov/Josefův Důl, but we are sure you understand that this is for a good cause. This fee will be charged on arrival.

Apartment with a double bed and a bunk bed. A separate kitchen with fridge is part of the apartment.

Quadruple room (1)
This room is split into two smaller rooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed.

9-bed room (10)
Nine individual beds, great for groups or as shared accommodation for single travellers.
Price: 3150 CZK
Teepee
Luxury teepee 9m in diameter with a wooden floor and open fire. Equipped with matresses and other accessories. The teepee can only be reserved as a whole, and depending on the group’s preferences it can fit up to around 14 people.
Price: 2000 CZK
According to the Registration of Sales Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. The seller is also obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online, and in the event of a technical failure within 48 hours.
